BC省这样开车必遭重罚!11月1日起生效

BC省政府近日宣布,从11月1日星期四开始,对包括超速、驾驶受损、分心驾驶及路边违规停车等违规行为加重经济处罚,罚款将增加20%。   据省政府称,以下两个方案的罚款额增加了20%: ● 司机风险保费(DRP)每年向被判犯有危险驾驶违法行为的驾驶员收取,例如超速行驶,两次或多次分心驾驶违规,驾驶定罪受损,路边停车或禁止。DRP取决于过去三年中一个人的驾驶记录。 ● 司机罚分(DPP)是从交通违规中收集4分或更多的罚款。保费金额取决于12个月内累积的总积分。   省府表示DRP和DPP是司机必须向ICBC支付的保险罚款,以及他们必须为违规行为支付的罚款。司机每年只会根据其中一个计划缴费,以罚款最高者为准。   不支付DRP或DPP罚款的司机,无法通过ICBC获得新的驾驶执照或购买车辆保险,60天后未付款将被收取19.6%的利息。   不过,省府补充指,司机可以通过在部分或全部计费期内放弃驾照来减少或消除处罚。   省府表示,大约有66,000名司机支付其中一项罚款。DRP和DPP与Autoplan保险费分开。即使对于没有拥有或保险车辆的人,也会收取罚款。   根据省府的说法: ● 司机罚分(DPP)目前为扣4分罚175元到更多扣50分罚24,000元不等。随着2018年11月1日开始罚款 增加20%,这些罚款将达到扣4分罚210元,扣50分扣28,800元或更多。 ● 从2019年11月1日,处罚将再次增加20%,和先前的基本保费增加保持一致。   省府表示,这些罚款收入将有助于抵消整体基本保险费,以便更安全的司机不会为其他人的风险驾驶行为付费。   展望未来,处罚将与基本保险费的任何变化相匹配。根据这一增长情况,ICBC预计2019年将收取2600万元的罚款,2020年将收取3200万元,2021年(4月至3月的财政年度)收取3600万元。   开车上路,安全第一,以下都是违规驾驶行为: 来源:加西网
